Notify residents of compliance issues in a professional way.

Record community violations and notify residents.

Community Boss is building a community violation system similar to our vehicle violations. Managers and HOA patrollers can record violations, with notes and photos, in our mobile patrol app. Link a Smart Warning note to the violation to give the resident the ability to look up the details and pay a fine, if required.
