Setting up your Amenity Boss account can take as little as a couple of days. Designing & producing signs usually takes a few weeks. As a general rule of thumb, you can expect to roll out to your community in two to three weeks.
Amenity Boss is a software subscription service. We charge monthly fee based on the number of homes in the community, starting at $145/mo. We also offer our HOA customers an annual discount as most prefer yearly billing. A custom, pool-only plan, is also available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Amenity Boss is also included in our Community Boss Suite for the best possible rate.
Boss Tags are small NFC-capable key tags. The NFC capability allows them to open doors (if integrated). They can also be validated using another smart phone by NFC tap or QR code scan.
Absolutely! If you’re not satisfied with our product you can cancel at any time without penalty. However, we do not provide refunds for service that has already been paid.
