Parking Boss is a software subscription service. We charge a monthly fee based on the number of units in the community, starting at $195/mo. We provide other options for paying for the service, such as charging for a resident vehicle permit. This can replace the monthly billing or even create additional revenue for the community. Absolutely! If you’re not satisfied with our product you can cancel at any time without penalty. However, we do not provide refunds for service that has already been paid.
