The short answer is, sort of.
Parking patrol is absolutely critical for a successful parking program. However, we’ve also been in this business long enough to know that not all patrol companies are equal. We vet patrol companies closely before jumping into a what we call a ”Sponsorship” agreement. Sponsorship means you are allowed to pay for Parking Boss on behalf of the community at a very competitive rate, and fully transparent to the customer.

Yes! Parking Boss can also work for paid parking lots, high schools, business parks, corporate campuses, government facilities, and other enterprise properties.
Parking Boss is typically paid for by the community management or HOA, and they can simply plug you in as an ”enforcement user”. In this case, it’s free to use as a patrol company. If you are a Patrol Sponsor you will be billed on behalf of the community.
