Setting up your Parking Boss account can take as little as a few days. Building out your Parking Smart Map, designing & producing signs, and shipping other materials usually takes a few weeks. As a general rule of thumb, you can expect to roll out to your community in roughly 30 days.
Parking Boss is a software subscription service. We charge a monthly fee based on the number of units in the community, starting at $195/mo. We provide other options for paying for the service, such as charging for a resident vehicle permit. This can replace the monthly billing or even create additional revenue for the community. We can also negotiate portfolio pricing based on units or beds.

There’s usually never a need for us to visit your community. We use Google/Apple maps to get a good idea of how your property is configured.
No, we do not. However, we partner with many patrol companies across the country that use Parking Boss. We can also help you find a patrol company and train them how to use the software. We can also train your on-site team to do self-enforcement.
Absolutely! If you’re not satisfied with our product you can cancel at any time without penalty. However, we do not provide refunds for service that has already been paid.
